Dr. Lemonas was awarded his doctorate in medicine from Semmelweis University of Medicine and completed his Plastic surgical training in Central London Hospitals. He was employed by prestigious hospitals such as Barts Health and King’s College Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital and Northampton General Hospital. He also spent time at the Plastic Surgery department of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, New York.

His long experience in Plastic Surgery combined with his exemplary education enable him to contribute to medical research with an important number of publications in several world class journals including the European Journal of Plastic Surgery, the International Wound Journal and the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal. While working at Barts Health and the London NHS Trust, two of the largest in activity scar clinics in the UK, his innovative input in scar management and development of new treatments in Keloid Disease has revolutionised the treatment options and highlighted the need for addressing the psychosocial issues associated with scars.

Dr. Lemonas’ contribution to Medicine has been rewarded with several awards and grants from the BLC as well as GSK. Apart from his role as Chief Surgeon of Belgravia Medical Centre, he an Honorary Lecturer and member of the Faculty of the Centre for Cutaneous Research (CCR) at the Blizard Institute of Cell and Molecular Science of Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is a member of the teaching faculty of the Master Programme in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (MSc Aes Plast Surg) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Burn Care (PGDipBurnCare) based at Queen Mary University of London.

By treating a number of TV stars and people of the fashion industry, Dr. Lemonas is keenly aware of the importance of minimal or no scars and is highly dedicated to a natural look. He enjoys all areas of medical aesthetics and his expertise in the latest techniques has earned him the respect of his peers.
