About Me

I'm a psychologist and coach based in Paphos, Cyprus, and I work with clients online in English and German.

I work with adults who are at a turning point and want to move forward, for example if you:

• feel stuck in your career or don't know what the next step should be
• are thinking about self-employment, or already run your own business
• struggle with self-confidence, shyness or motivation
• are adjusting to life abroad as an expat or after emigrating
• are highly sensitive, gifted or have ADHD, and want ways of working that fit how your mind actually works

How I Work

What a session with me is like

In our first session, we talk about what brought you here and what you'd like to be different. By the end, we agree on a clear goal and a first realistic step. In the following sessions, we work on that goal together, and I'll give you practical things to try between sessions. Most people leave with more clarity on what to do and how to do it, and with more confidence.

My style

Honest, warm and direct. I'll ask the questions others tend to avoid ("Why do you actually do it this way?"), but always with respect. There's no judgement here, and no platitudes.

Practical

Free 30-minute intro call, then 45-minute sessions, online or by text. If the calendar doesn't fit, message me and we'll find a time.

Education  

• Graduate psychologist (diploma), RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Studies in business psychology and business administration.
• Doctor of Business Administration, University of Gloucestershire, UK. Doctoral research on how to make change in organisations work better.

Professional Experience

For over 30 years, I've accompanied people and organisations through change, as a consultant, board member, programme manager, CEO, mentor and coach.

I'm a lecturer at CIM Cyprus Business School and co-author of several books, including "Digital Project Practice for New Work and Industry 4.0" and "People, Culture & Communication".

My clients have included Volkswagen, Audi, Daimler, PwC, Zurich, Allianz, Novartis, Sanofi, Evonik and E.ON.
